ALM arranges sale of two B737-800s

Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) of London Gatwick, England is pleased to announce that it has arranged the sale of two B737-800 aircraft with manufacturer’s serial numbers 28323 and 30194 from GL Mercury Leasing Ltd and FL Clean Leasing Ltd, both Japanese entities, to SASOF II Aviation Ireland Limited, a fund managed by Apollo Aviation Management Limited.

ALM was acting for the managers of the Aircraft, FGL Aircraft Ireland Limited (FGLAI) in relation to the sale transaction. The aircraft were delivered to SASOF II Aviation Ireland Limited on 18th March and 22nd March respectively.

ALM has also been acting as technical advisors to the owners in respect of the lease management of the aircraft and project managing their preparation for delivery to the buyer, as part of its technical management and advisory services responsibility for the FGLAI portfolio.
