A MEETING OF THE JSC IRKUT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS WAS HELD

March 31, 2011 a meeting of the JSC IRKUT Corporation Board of Directors was held. The Board of Directors considered the election of a chairman and a sole executive authority in the person of the President of the Corporation.

Oleg Demchenko was elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC IRKUT Corporation.
Alexey Fedorov was elected the president of the JSC IRKUT Corporation.

The Board of Directors approved the establishment of the subsidiary Irkut-Technics for Airbus A320/321 passenger to freighter conversion project.

The company is to be established in the Ulyanovsk region.

Other issues of the Corporation were also discussed at the meeting.
