On July 1, Air France-KLM marked a new phase in its development in establishing a common management team and integrated functions, managed at Group level.
Alexandre de Juniac is appointed Air France-KLM Group Chairman and CEO. Frédéric Gagey takes over from him as Chairman and CEO of Air France. Camiel Eurlings is appointed KLM President and CEO.
Air France-KLM will develop the strategy for its three businesses (Passenger-Cargo-Maintenance) as part of an ongoing dialogue with the companies. The companies are responsible for strategy and operational implementation and the quality of customer service, with the Group’s support.
This new phase will strengthen collaboration between Air France and KLM, based on transparent, effective and fair decision-making processes.
