ACG’S SECOND AEI B737-400SF ENTERS CONVERSION AT FLIGHTSTAR

MIAMI, FL., -November 16, 2010- Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that Aviation Capital Group’s (ACG), second B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration Passenger to Freighter Conversion has com- menced. The second aircraft, a high gross weight B737-400 (MSN 25595), was built in 1992 and is currently un- dergoing freighter modification and heavy maintenance at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Flightstar Aircraft Services, Inc. which is located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Robert T. Convey, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AEI stated that “We see a tremendous opportunity for the 737SF in Brazil and are honored that both ACG and VarigLog have selected AEI’s B737-400SF product.”

Upon completion of the conversion at Flightstar, ACG’s second B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration will be added to VarigLog’s fleet in Brazil. The freighter will be equipped with an Ancra Main Deck Cargo Loading System capable of carrying:

— Ten Full Height 88”x125”x82” AAA container positions in P1-P10 and a 53”x88”x64”high pallet in P11 (More full height AAA’s than any other B737-400 conversion)

This unique configuration will allow operators to maximize the interior volume of the B737-400SF by the addition of a tenth AAA ULD position.
