Adria Airways: Invitation to treat for the sale of assets

Adria Airways Slovenski letalski prevoznik, d.d., Zgornji Brnik 130h, 4210 Brnik – Aerodrom is announcing the following

INVITATION TO TREAT FOR THE SALE OF ASSETS

The aircraft maintenance hangar, building number 1562. The total building size is 2,357.47 m2 and it is situated on plots no. 1381/61 in the Cerklje cadastral municipality, size 1932.00 m2, 1381/51 in the Cerklje cadastral municipality, size 445.00 m2, and 1381/53 in the Cerklje cadastral municipality, size 144.00 m2. The transfer of rights will be organised by transferring the building title.

The apron situated on plots no. 1381/50, 1381/54 and 1381/97 in the Cerklje cadastral municipality. The apron is currently undergoing the process of land allotment. Following the land allotment, the part intended for sale will measure a total of 2,773 m2 in size. The transfer of rights will be organised by transferring the title.

Workshops situated on plot no. 1381/23 in the Cerklje cadastral municipality. Building 1364 is currently in the process of subdivision into condominiums. The part of the building offered for sale measures a total of 1668.3 m2 in size. The transfer of rights will be organised by transferring the building title.

The office building situated on plots no. 1747 and 1381/158, both in the Cerklje cadastral municipality. The total net size of the building is 1,132.18 m2. The transfer of rights will be organised by transferring the building title.

Any bid should include the bidder’s exact address, reference to the asset, quoted price and a written statement from the bidder confirming the acceptance of all the terms of reference. Written bids should be sent by post or submitted in sealed envelopes by 19.7.2013 at the latest, addressed to Adria Airways d.d., Zgornji Brnik 130h, 4210 Brnik – Aerodrom, Slovenia, marked “Do not open – Invitation to treat – purchase of assets”.

The principal criterion for selection will be the quoted price. The selected bidder will bear the costs of the transaction and any related taxes. The assets will be sold as is; no subsequent claims due to potential defects will be considered. Adria Airways d.d. reserves the right not to conclude a contract with any bidder, regardless of the bids received.
