Aer Lingus - dircetorate changes

Dublin London: Further to its announcement of 25 March 2014 (CFO and Directorate Change), Aer Lingus Group plc (the “Company”) hereby notifies the market of the retirement of Mr. Andrew Macfarlane as a director of the Company on 1 September 2014.

The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bernard Bot, joined the Board as a director of the Company on 1 September 2014, as per the Company’s announcement of 18 July 2014 (Appointment of CFO designate as a director).
