Aer Lingus May 2014 Traffic Statistics

Aer Lingus Group plc has announced traffic statistics for the month of May 2014.

• Total traffic for the month, including Aer Lingus Regional scheduled flights, was up 2.4% to 1,046,000 passengers compared to 1,021,000 passengers in May 2013

• Aer Lingus short haul passengers decreased by 3.5% from 824,000 to 795,000

• Long haul passenger numbers were up 20.6% to 129,000 in May 2014.

• The overall passenger load factor in May 2014 was 78.7% compared to 79.8% for the same month in 2013.
