AerCap and AerCap Trust Second Quarter Financial Reports

Amsterdam, The Netherlands; August 14, 2014 – AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap”) (NYSE: AER) announced today that it expects to release its interim financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 on or about August 28, 2014. On August 12, 2014, AerCap issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.

In addition, AerCap released today its quarterly report for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 for AerCap Global Aviation Trust (“AerCap Trust”). AerCap Trust is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AerCap and holds only a portion of the consolidated assets of AerCap. In connection with the acquisition of 100 percent of the common stock of International Lease Finance Corporation (“ILFC”), AerCap Trust acquired substantially all of ILFC’s assets, assumed substantially all of ILFC liabilities and became the successor issuer of the secured and unsecured bonds issued under ILFC’s indentures.
