AeroCentury Corp. Adds Amsterdam-Based Managing Director

BURLINGAME, Calif., April 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — AeroCentury Corp. (NYSE MKT:ACY), an independent regional aircraft leasing company today announced the appointment of Martin Wills as Managing Director – Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Wills has more than 20 years experience in aviation leasing and finance, having held senior management positions with AerCap, Seabury Group, and SGI Aviation, of which he is still a shareholder. Based in Amsterdam, Wills will be responsible for identifying regional aircraft acquisitions and sales along with new leasing opportunities for AeroCentury.
