AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS AND AUSTRAL DELAY THE DEPARTURE OF ITS FLIGHTS DUE TO THE NEW VOLCANIC ASH CLOUD

Aerolineas Argentinas and Astral, decided for safety reasons, to delay the departure of its flights from AEP-Aeroparque Jorge Newbery and EZE-Ezeiza Airport, as from 10am Argentine time,due to the return of the volcanic ash cloud from the Chilean Volcano Puyehue to the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires.

Passengers are strongly recommended to check online on www.aerolineas.com.ar, for the latest news regarding flight departure and arrivals, as well as the new flight times and the latest news from the met office.

Likewise we remind you of the following cancellations:

Until Sunday 12th June: aeroparque Jorge Newbery to Bariloche, Chapelco, Esquel and vice versa
Until Thursday 9 June: flights between aeroparque y Trelew, Neuquen, Viedma, Río Gallegos, Calafate, Ushuaia, Río Grande, Comodoro Rivadavia, Bahía Blanca, Santa Rosa, San Rafael y vice versa.

Those passengers affected since Saturday 4th of June from the Volcanic ash cloud, can change their flights for a later day, apply for a refund or keep their tickets open up to a year with no penalty or fee.
