AeroTurbine Reaches New Milestone with Its 100th C Check For Frontier Airlines

Goodyear, AZ – November 6, 2013 – AeroTurbine Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), announced today that it has completed the 100th light/heavy C check for Frontier Airlines’ fleet of Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft, reaching a new milestone for its aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services provided to the airline.

AeroTurbine and Frontier Airlines began their collaboration in March 2011. AeroTurbine has supported most of the airline’s heavy maintenance requirements in its Maintenance Services facility based in Goodyear, Arizona. On-time performance, operational flexibility and fixed cost solutions continue to be at the core of the strong partnership between the two companies.

“We are extremely pleased to celebrate this milestone with Frontier Airlines,” said AeroTurbine President and Chief Executive Officer Michael King. “Our MRO operations in Goodyear are ideally suited for Frontier Airlines’ operation, and we could not be more pleased to have them as our flagship customer.”

“We appreciate AeroTurbine’s ongoing support of our maintenance needs,” said Frontier Airlines Vice President of Maintenance Allen Messick. “Their flexibility and performance has allowed us to operate a lean operation while enabling us to provide our customers with the flying experience and reliable service that they expect.”

“This milestone is a big marker, and the City of Goodyear is proud to celebrate AeroTurbine’s 100th C check with them, as they plan to grow the business and continue serving Frontier Airlines,” said Goodyear Mayor Georgia Lord. “We’re excited for their success.”
