AerSale Announces Appointment of New CFO

CORAL GABLES, FL. July 8, 2013 — AerSale, Inc. announced that Scott Stewart has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. This position was newly created to support AerSale’s rapidly expanding global operations.

Mr. Stewart holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Arizona State University and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, airline operations, and process improvement. After beginning his career in aviation as a senior financial analyst with America West Airlines, Mr. Stewart’s career at America West Airlines (eventually US Airways) encompassed roles in operations, crew resources, maintenance, distribution, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and treasury. Most recently, Mr. Stewart served as CFO for Acme Lift Company.
