Air Arabia increases Turkey flights

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced today the expansion of service to the Turkish City of Istanbul, , from the carrier’s primary hub in Sharjah, UAE. Beginning June 10, 2011, Air Arabia will offer 7-weekly flights, an addition of three flights to existing schedule, making it easier and more convenient for passengers to visit this historic locale.

Air Arabia currently offers four flights a week to Turkey. Beginning June 10, 2011 the carrier will offer direct flights 7 times per week. On Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays Saturdays and Sundays; flights will depart Sharjah International Airport at 20:45 arriving Istanbul Sabiha Airport at 00:15. Return flights will depart Istanbul at 01:10 arriving Sharjah at 06:15 (Local Time). On Tuesdays and Thursdays flights will depart Sharjah International Airport at 11:20 arriving Istanbul Sabiha Airport at 14:45. Return flights will depart Istanbul at 15:50 arriving Sharjah at 20:45 (Local Time).
