AIR CÔTE d'IVOIRE Extends A319 Maintenance Contract With AFI KLM E&M

Paris, Amstelveen, 15 May 2014 – Air CÔte d’Ivoire has added a third A319 to its contract with AFI KLM E&M, including component and engine support, exclusive aircraft inspections, engineering and line maintenance.

Proven quality of service
Satisfaction in terms of quality of performance and services provided by AFI KLM E&M was a decisive factor for Air CÔte d’Ivoire. For its part, Air CÔte d’Ivoire benefited from AFI KLM E&M support, particularly in terms of skills management for line maintenance. In 2013, seven French technicians were sent to Abidjan to train Air CÔte d’Ivoire teams, which are now self-reliant. AFI KLM E&M is proud to have been able to help Air CÔte d’Ivoire on its way and to share their expertise for its future business development plans.

According to Jalameddin Elarbed, Director of Engine Engineering of Air CÔte d’Ivoire: “We are very glad to work with AFI KLM E&M who have over 94 years of maintenance experience, and to receive their support and training which strengthened the relationship and cooperation between our companies”.
