Air France Airbus A320s to fly in transavia.com colours

As of 1 July 2014, Air France Airbus A320 will be flying in the transavia.com colours, on departure from Paris-Orly. These aircraft will be operated on a “damp lease” basis, i.e. with Air France pilots and maintenance and transavia.com cabin crew. The commercial service to customers is provided by transavia.com.

To accompany the development of transavia.com’s activity, especially during the summer, four A320 from Air France’s medium-haul fleet will be leased in July and August, then two aircraft up to the end of March 2015.

These measures will enable Air France to strengthen transavia.com’s offering, which covers 11 new destinations this summer. The low-cost airline will operate 20 aircraft during the summer and will serve around one hundred destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean.
