Air France-KLM chief executive Ben Smith is looking to discontinue the hybrid brand, Joon, as he is not convinced by the business model of the subsidiary airline.
Smith sees further potential for Air France, and wants to invest more in the mainline carrier.
Joon was established in the summer of 2017 by the previous CEO Jean-Marc Janaillac.
The final approval, however, rests with the board of directors.
