AIR FRNACE-KLM: UPDATE ON ALITALIA

At its September 23 meeting, the Air France-KLM Board of Directors was informed of Alitalia’s situation as perceived by the Group’s executive management.

The Board considered it vital to hear the information that Alitalia’s executive management should provide at a forthcoming meeting of the Italian company’s Board of Directors.
