2 May 2013: As from today Direct Maintenance and Air Mauritius, the national carrier of Mauritius, have commenced a line maintenance partnership. The dedicated team of Direct Maintenance engineers at Nairobi (NBO), Kenya, will be attending the Air Mauritius A319 aircraft landing into NBO on frequent basis, making sure the flights are operated in a safe and timely manner. Roger Meels, Technical Directed was quoted on the occasion: “Another flag carrier entrusting their line maintenance requirements into the capable hands of Direct Maintenance makes us proud. We look very much forward to a long-term teaming with Air Mauritius, which I’m convinced is of mutual benefit to both esteemed companies.”
