AirAsia submit NOC application to Ministry of Civil Aviation of India

SEPANG, 26 April 2013 – AirAsia has submitted a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) application to the Ministry of Civil Aviation in Delhi. The NOC application marks another major step in the formation of the AirAsia India Joint Venture after approval for the proposal was received from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) on 3 April 2013. The joint venture company is confident that it will be able to obtain necessary approvals in the coming months.
