airberlin is today launching a new route, connecting Nuremberg and Tivat in the eastern Adriatic for the first time. Germany’s second largest airline will fly to this town in Montenegro once per week until mid-September. Just two hours’ flight away and yet off the usual tourist trail, this region offers sandy beaches and hidden bays, as well as costal towns, a mountain massif and scenic plateaus.
The aircraft, a type B737-700 with 144 seats, departs on Wednesday each week. Connecting flights are available from Düsseldorf, Hanover, Hamburg, Berlin and Vienna. Ticket start from 99.00 euros and can be booked online at airberlin.com, through the airberlin Service Centre (Tel. 01805 – 737 800; € 0.14/min. from a landline; mobile phone charges € 0.42/min. maximum) or with a travel agent. Prices include taxes, fees and topbonus miles.
