Aircastle Announces Pricing of US$500 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) (“Aircastle”) announced today the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2022 (the “notes”). The notes were priced at par. Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of indebtedness.
