AIRPORT CLOSURE DUE TO VOLCANIC ASH CLOUD

AerolĂ­neas Argentinas and Austral regret to inform, that due to a new volcanic ash cloud in the Buenos Aires area, both EZEIZA and Aeroparque airports are closed from Sunday 12 June at 22:00 hours and until further notice.

We were forced to cancelled all departures and arrivals programmed for today 13th of June until 14hrs Argentine local time. The situation will be reviewied again at 12hrs local time.

At Aerolineas Argentinas safety is our first priority and a number of flights have been cancelled or rerouted in the last week to avoid the volcanic ash cloud.

The situation will continue to be reviewed and updated.

Customers are advised to refer to our real time (flight status) on www.aerolineas.com page for the latest up-to-the minute information on specific flights.
