AirTran Airways Reports February Traffic

ORLANDO, Fla., March 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today reported traffic for the month of February.

For the month, traffic grew by 2.7 percent to more than 1.3 billion revenue passenger miles. The airline enplaned more than 1.66 million passengers, a 2.4 percent increase over the same period last year.
