AirVault forms Alliance with Lifewood for Asia Services and Support

EDMOND, Okla., Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — AirVault today announced that it has agreed with Lifewood Technology Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of VanceInfo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VIT) , to form a non-exclusive alliance to serve the aviation industry in the Asia Pacific region by providing end-to-end maintenance records capture, recognition, conversion, storage and retrieval, and global sharing.

AirVault is the leading web-based solution that enables airlines to manage fleet maintenance records across their entire communities of business and regulatory partners. Based in Hong Kong, Lifewood is a well-established global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
