ALLEGIANT REPORTS MAY 2014 TRAFFIC

Las Vegas. June 4, 2014 – Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for May 2014.

“Revenue for May outperformed our expectations,” said Andrew Levy, President and COO of Allegiant Travel Co. "June revenue is also expected to exceed our earlier forecast. We now project our second quarter PRASM to increase between 5 and 6 percent and second quarter TRASM to increase between 3.5 and 4.5 percent.

We expect second quarter CASM ex fuel to increase between 4.5 and 5.5 percent, and total CASM to increase between 2.5 and 3.5 percent. The total CASM estimate is based on a system fuel price per gallon of $3.20 for the full quarter."
