ALM Aircraft Sale

Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) has arranged the sale of an A320-211 aircraft with manufacturer’s serial number 2061 from FG Wing Leasing Ltd, a Japanese special purpose company, to Jordan Aviation. ALM was acting for the managers of the Aircraft, FGL Aircraft Ireland Limited (FGLAI) in relation to the sale transaction.

The aircraft was delivered to Jordan Aviation on 22 June 2012.

ALM has also been acting as technical advisors to FGLAI in the lease management of the aircraft and the project management of its redelivery from previous operator All Nippon Airways (ANA) and preparation for delivery to the buyer, as part of its technical management and advisory services responsibility for the FGLAI portfolio.
