Atlas Air Worldwide Announces Retirement of Eugene I. Davis From the Board of Directors

PURCHASE, N.Y.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:AAWW) today announced that Eugene I. Davis has decided to retire from its board of directors.

“Gene has served with distinction as our Chairman for the last 10 years, a period of profound change, diversification and improvement in our company, its businesses and prospects. Atlas has become a stronger and more effective competitor during Gene’s tenure and we thank him for his time and dedication,” said William J. Flynn, Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Davis will retire from the board of directors at the annual shareholders meeting of the company scheduled for June 2014.
