ATRAN CARGO AIRLINES ORDERS 2ND AEI B737-400SF FOR RUSSIA

MIAMI, FL., -July 10th, 2012 - Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Aviation Capital Group (ACG) to provide a second B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration Freighter Conversion for ATRAN Cargo Airlines. Following conversion ATRAN Cargo Airlines based in Moscow, an airline of the Volga Dnepr Group will operate the freighter. The aircraft is a high gross weight B737-400 (MSN 28758) built in 1997 and is currently undergoing freighter modification at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Flightstar Aircraft Services in Jacksonville Florida.

With the ability to carry 10 AAA full height containers, one more than the competition, the AEI design appears to be the market’s preferred 737-400SF conversion.”

AEI’s Russian Certified B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration will provide ATRAN with an Ancra equipped Main Deck Cargo Loading System capable of carrying:
Ten 88″×125″×82″ or Eight 96″×125″×82″ ULD’s in P1-P10 and a 53″×88″×64″ high pallet in P11
(More full height ULD’s than any other B737-400 conversion)
