Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company provides the following updates:

PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT
Avation confirms that it has published its annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018. The annual report is published on the Company’s website at www.avation.net. The Company would like to thank Ernst & Young who audited the financial statements for the first time this year following a periodic routine audit firm rotation.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION UPDATE
The sole and principal business of Avation PLC is the leasing of commercial passenger aircraft to airlines. The previously disclosed equipment procurement business segment has been formally discontinued.
