Avolon Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering of Common Shares

Dublin | 9 June, 2014: Avolon Holdings Limited, a leading global aircraft leasing company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The offering is expected to be solely secondary. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
