AWAS delivers additional new A320 aircraft to Spring Airlines

AWAS announced today that it has delivered an additional new A320 passenger aircraft on lease to Spring Airlines in China. This aircraft comes from AWAS’ existing pipeline order with the manufacturer and will assist with Spring’s growth needs: domestically and to pan-regional routes such as Singapore.

This new modern, highly-efficient A320 narrowbody comes factory-equipped with end of wing sharklets to minimise fuel burn and enhance range capability. Spring’s proven, low cost model is extremely well-positioned to capitalise on China’s dramatically increasing domestic and regional need for leisure and business air travel.

AWAS was one of the first lessors to place aircraft in China, beginning in the early 1990’s.
