Baltia Air Lines Completes Tabletop Exercise

YPSILANTI, Mich., Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Baltia Air Lines (BLTA) announced today that it has successfully completed the Tabletop Exercise.

The “Tabletop Exercise” is a Phase III test of the Air Carrier Certification process wherein personnel are required to demonstrate their competence/proficiency in the company’s operating procedures before the FAA.

Baltia Air Lines is America’s newest airline, currently undergoing Air Carrier Certification. Baltia’s principal base of operations is at Willow Run Airport, Michigan. Upon Certification, Baltia will operate Boeing 747 aircraft across the Atlantic, from JFK Airport New York to Pulkovo Airport St. Petersburg, Russia.
