CA-CIB and KfW IPEX-Bank finance A321-200 for China Southern

China Southern Airlines, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and KfW IPEX-Bank have closed the second transaction under their new ECA backed financing facility. MSN 6211, a new A321-200, was delivered today. CA-CIB and KfW IPEX-Bank are acting as lenders with CA-CIB taking the additional roles of Facility Agent and Security Trustee.
