CA-CIB and KfW IPEX-Bank finance A321 for China Southern
China Southern Airlines, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and KfW IPEX-Bank have closed the third transaction under their new ECA-backed financing facility. MSN 6233, a new A321-200, was delivered yesterday. CA-CIB and KfW IPEX-Bank are acting as lenders with CA-CIB taking on the additional roles of Facility Agent and Security Trustee.
