CEO John Reimers Resigns From Aviation Partners Boeing

SEATTLE, Sept. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Aviation Partners Boeing (APB) announced today that APB CEO John Reimers has resigned to pursue other opportunities. John has been with the Company since March, 2006. Mike Stowell, APB’s current EVP Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, will assume the role as acting CEO effective immediately.

Mike joined Aviation Partners with over 30 years of aerospace engineering experience, primarily in aircraft structures. Working first on API’s GII program, he became an integral part of the APB management team with the 737-BBJ Program. Mike has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Oregon State University.
