CHAN YENG KIT STEPS DOWN AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Singapore, 30 August 2013 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced the resignation of Mr Chan Yeng Kit as non-executive Director of the Company, effective 1 September 2013. This follows Mr Chan’s re-designation from Permanent Secretary (Defence Development) to Permanent Secretary (Defence).

The Board of Directors would like to acknowledge its appreciation to Mr Chan for his contribution to the Board and the respective Board Committees that he has served.
