Chief Executive Officer Tufek and Executive Officer Ravnikar Step down, Klemen Boštjan appointed to the position of CEO and Robert Vuga appointed to the position of Executive Officer

At today’s 39th session of the Adria Airway’s Board of Directors, Adria’s CEO, Tadej Tufek, M.Sc. and Executive Officer Marjan Ravnikar, M.Sc., tendered their resignation.

The Board of Directors accepted their resignation. “We have also accepted the resignation of Mr. Tufek in Mr. Ravnikar in light of Adria’s negative operating results and the fact that the current CEO and Executive Officer do not enjoy a high measure of confidence among owners and employees,” said Dr. Maks Tajnikar, president of the Board of Directors.

Klemen Boštjan?i? has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Adria as of 17 January 2011. Robert Vuga has been appointed to the position of Executive Officer.
