China Aircraft Leasing Group Delivers Another A320 Aircraft to Chengdu Airlines

26 November 2014, Hong Kong – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC” or “the Company”, stock code: 01848.HK), the fastest-growing independent aircraft operating lessor in Greater China, announced the delivery of an A320 aircraft to Chengdu Airlines Company Limited (“Chengdu Airlines”). The aircraft was delivered at the facilities of Airbus in Toulouse, France on 25 November 2014, marking the 41st aircraft to CALC’s fleet.

This delivery has completed the operating lease signed between CALC and Chengdu Airlines on 25 August 2014 for four A320 aircraft. To facilitate the lease agreement, CALC independently placed the order of 4 additional aircraft of A320 family directly Airbus S.A.S. This delivery also marked the 10th aircraft delivered to Chengdu Airline from CALC.
