CIT AEROSPACE DELIVERS FIVE AIRBUS A321s TO AMERICAN AIRLINES

NEW YORK – December 20, 2013 – CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) cit.com, today announced that CIT Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft finance, has delivered five Airbus A321s to American Airlines.

The aircraft, MSNs 5834, 5860, 5895, 5884 and 5904, are powered by IAE V2533-A5 engines, and are the first A321s in American’s fleet to be used for U.S. Transcontinental service. Future aircraft deliveries include five A321s, which are scheduled through third quarter 2014.
