CIT AEROSPACE DELIVERS ONE NEW A320 TO MONARCH AIRLINES

NEW YORK – March 15, 2013 – CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) cit.com, today announced that CIT Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft finance has delivered one new A320 to Monarch Airlines of the U.K. This is the first A320 family aircraft in the CIT portfolio to deliver with Sharklets.

The aircraft, MSN 5526, is powered by CFM56-5B4/3 engines. This is the first of two new A320s that CIT will deliver to Monarch. The next delivery is scheduled for April 2013.
