CIT AEROSPACE DELIVERS TWO A321s TO AMERICAN AIRLINES

NEW YORK – May 30, 2014 – CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) cit.com, today announced that CIT Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft finance, has delivered two new Airbus A321s to American Airlines.

The aircraft, MSN 6046 and MSN 6070, are powered by IAE V2533-A5 engines. This brings the total to nine Airbus A321s and three A319s that have been delivered to American Airlines since September 2013. Future aircraft deliveries include one additional A321, which is expected to deliver in third quarter 2014.
