(Carrollton, Texas, February 21, 2011) – CT Aerospace has hired Björn Vandekerckhove as director of commercial programs – Europe. He will be responsible for commercial engine and airframe sales and engine programs.
Björn graduated cum laude as a mechanical engineer from the University of Ostend (Belgium) in 1995. After successful positions with Sabena Technics and TPI Aviation, Ltd., he and a business partner founded Jet Engine Trading & Support, Inc. (JETS.) Björn was instrumental in developing innovative management and cost saving programs for small, medium, and large fleets of commercial engines by offering technical, commercial, and contract negotiation expertise. With the addition of Björn, CT Aerospace strengthens its European presence and expands its product base with innovative engine management programs.
CT Aerospace, headquartered in Carrollton, Texas is a privately-held company providing a wide variety of products and services for the aviation industry.
