Dave Hopkins named at California Pacific

CARLSBAD, CA – Dave Hopkins has been appointed Director of Aircraft Programs and Commercial Agreements for California Pacific Airlines.

Hopkins will be in charge of all leasing and acquisition agreements for CPAir. He comes to the new airline with service at Air Transport Business Development, Inc.

CPAir currently is in the process of FAA certification for a scheduled service. The new airline will fly Embraer 170 aircraft to five western cities from Carlsbad’s McClellan-Palomar Airport. Non-stop flight operations to San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Las Vegas, and Phoenix are anticipated to begin in the spring of 2012.
