Paris, Amstelveen, Miami, April 12 2013 – Denis Sauvage has been appointed as VP/General Manager of Aero Technologies, LLC, the largest company in the Miami-based Aero Maintenance Group (AMG), specializing in component maintenance and support for the commercial aircraft of North and Latin American airlines. He will also head up the MRO department of Air-Pro, LLC, which specializes in seat and safety equipment maintenance.

Denis Sauvage brings to the job his extensive experience in the aviation sector. An alumnus of elite French engineering school, Ecole des Mines, he started out with car-maker Renault-Nissan before subsequently moving to Air France Industries. Between 2005 and 2011, at AFI’s Materials & Service Division, he progressed from Industrial Engineer, to Support Project and Services Manager, to Head of Avionics. He then moved to AMG in the United States, where he was appointed Director of Operations at its Aero Technologies subsidiary.

According to Denis Sauvage, the new GM of Aero Technologies and Air-Pro MRO, “we are working towards greater integration of production support functions between these two companies that operate in similar areas in Miami. This means we will be able to generate substantial synergies, for the benefit of our customers. Air-Pro capabilities and expertise combined with Aero Technologies state of the art processes will enhance delivering top services to our customer base and significantly expanding our market share throughout the Americas.”
