Dragon Aviation Leasing: AerDragon to increase its Share Capital to $268 Million and East Epoch joins as New Shareholder

April 26, 2013 – AerDragon Aviation Partners (“AerDragon”) announced today that East Epoch Limited (“East Epoch”) has become a new shareholder of the Company. East Epoch’s main investor is Mr. Hsu Pu, who was the Chairman of the Board of Hsu Fu Chi International Group, best known for founding the largest confectionary company in China.

The founding members of AerDragon, China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (CAS), AerCap and Credit Agricole cib, had planned to introduce a new shareholder and decided several additional tranches of investment to which they will also participate.

When completed, the additional investments will bring AerDragon’s total share capital to $268 million.
