Dragon Aviation Leasing: Aircraft Operating Lease Agreements Signed with Sichuan Airlines

August 28th, 2008 – Sichuan Airlines Corporation Limited celebrated on July 25th, 2008 its 20th anniversary of establishment by Sichuan Airlines Group (holding 40% shares), China Southern Airlines (39%), Shandong Airlines (10%), Shanghai Airlines (10%) and Gingko Restaurant Co, Ltd (1%).

Dragon Aviation participated to and sponsored the colorful and musical festivities splendidly organized by the airline in Chengdu where representatives of all the aviation industry were gathered.

Afterwards, under the arrangement and support of Dragon Aviation Leasing Company Limited, AerDragon Aviation Partners Limited signed Aircraft Operating Lease Agreements with Sichuan Airlines Group for three A320 aircraft to be delivered in 2011 from Airbus, with each a lease term of 12 years, showing long term commitment and confidence in the successful development of the aviation industry in Sichuan, and particularly with the team of Sichuan Airlines Group and Sichuan Airlines Corporation Limited. The engine selection for these aircraft will be announced soon.
