Dragon Aviation Leasing: Delivery of One New B737-800 to Air Europa

Seattle, 22 July, 2013— Dragon Aviation Leasing today took delivery of one new B737-800 from Boeing in Seattle, USA and leased it to Air Europa of Spain. CAcib (Crédit Agricole corporate and investment bank) acted as arranger and agent for the financing of this aircraft into which KDB, The Korea Development Bank, is also a lender.

This aircraft successful delivery increases the strategic relationship with Air Europa which has mandated Dragon Aviation Leasing for the sale and leaseback of two more aircraft. This delivery is the first one since East Epoch joined as a shareholder in the aircraft lessor.
