Hong Kong Aviation Capital (“HKAC”), a leading investor in global aviation finance, announced DVB closes refinancing on two Asiana A320-200 aircraft.
DVB Bank has closed a commercial financing facility with Hong Kong Aviation Capital (HKAC) in October 2013 for two 2006-vintage A320-200 aircraft on operating lease with Asiana Airlines. The German bank acted as arranger, agent and underwriter in this facility.
HKAC is a leading aircraft lessor based in Hong Kong. It currently has a portfolio of over 70 aircraft on lease to over 20 airlines globally. In June 2013, HKAC also signed a MOU with Airbus for the purchase of 60 next generation A320/A321Neo aircraft.
