Expansion of Holding Engineering’s product range of wheels and brakes MRO

Holding Engineering is extending its portfolio of service offers for wheels and brakes. Holding Engineering’s clients can now place orders for repair and overhaul of wheels and brakes for Boeing 777, Airbus A321 and Sukhoi SuperJet 100. “Our decision to broaden the product range was largely customer-driven”, states Alexander Kostyushko, Holding Engineering’s sales manager. “Our goal is to uphold our clients’ trust through timely and responsive actions.”

Extending the portfolio required several technological and technical updates. During the preparation period, three employees of Holding Engineering took part in a training session provided by Messier-Bugatti-Dowty; the training took four days to complete, and included both theoretical courses and practical workshops. For SSJ wheel and brake repair and overhaul, new equipment was purchased; furthermore, internal audit was carried out in order to ensure compliance with technical requirements. Broadening the service portfolio allowed the Holding to supply a more diverse range of products; for example, not only did the company add repair and overhaul support for the wheels and brakes of A321, but also modification of wheels for new technical standards of Messier-Bugatti-Dowty.
