FINNAIR TECHNICAL SERVICES CONCLUDES MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH URAL AIRLINES

Vantaa, Finland, 2010-12-14 12:59 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Finnair Technical Services strengthen its position in Russian maintenance market by signing a maintenance service contract with Ural Airlines, an airline based in Yekaterinburg, Russia. This contract covers APU maintenance services and design services to Ural Airlines’ A320 family fleet. The new contract is continuation to the earlier successful cooperation between Ural Airlines and Finnair Technical Services.

Finnair Technical Services has many Russian customers and its strategy relies on the growing maintenance market in Russia also in the future.

Ural Airlines started its operations in 1993 and is currently operating a fleet of 14 Airbus A320 family aircraft.
